India Under Attack

Nov 26 at 9.30 pm the news flashed firing in Mumbai CST it occurred to me as gang war stuff nothing serious. But as I heard these whacked out senseless men entered into taj and oberoi hotel in Mumbai I could not believe it been completely shell shocked and nervous. I felt failed and impotent to a great extend. As the number of dead increased form 20 to 200 it’s like a score board live on TV. The news reporters went all out every news channel picturised it in a new angle. TV channels had debates Conversations, public talks, talk shows, so many view points. I stood still like a stone to shocked to have a point to this pointless act of terror.

As the army, navy & air force came into action I wondered where all this is leading to. Coming from a small town in India all this is like an action movie. The images on the television are so strong that I can’t forget it. I felt dead myself and a dead cant talk to the dead. Ashok Kamete who was targeted by these ugly men of terror happened to be my wife’s friend. We both could not believe this could happen. The reality is it’s happened and we can’t do a dam about it. Our politicians are so corrupt that there thoughts don’t make them think wise and right.

As a common man I feel we need to take action get to the source and destroy it.
But will this solve the problem. I have a feeling the problem is bigger then us.
I don’t understand what’s good any more. The dead cannot heal the dead.
I feel I live between scares between insecurities. All I can say is we all are victims to our own creations. The time is near when world largest democratic leader and world largest terrocratic head will have a round table discussion for peace …
