Talegaon has changed so dramatically in about 5 years . The roads are better. Structures look more modern. Streets look more planned. I could see and feel a very healthy fresh movement and the investments are high. People are investing in bungalows, lavish flats, and townships. Very soon it’s going to be the first home and the not the much talked about second home concept. The growth is so Hugh it’s going to be a mini metro in no time.
Mumbai pune expressway just 7 km away. A railway track passing thru. An international airport just 30 kms away from talegaon what more can one expect to see growth in time. One with a vision must jump in and invest.
The trip to talegaon midc is so amazing. Hugh four lane cemented steady roads.
Frankly I did not feel so corporate and formal ever. The drive is so amazing clear skylines we could see the housing development on one side and floriculture park approaching right ahead. we crossed lands which are so untapped so new so fresh to be explored. As we reached the midc floriculture park all so green and vibrant .I could see the manufacturing companies approach the likes of general motors India,L&T, Tengl, posco-ppc . The power supply looked ample , communication tower stand tall . and least not to forget the food is excellent out of the world . And hey the talegaon curries are waiting to be explored …….
